Lifeway Human Resources is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner . S upporting ministry operations in talent acquisition efforts, this position collaborates with business leaders in creating planning models and talent pipeline processes that sustain the mission. This role will utilize market data to develop recruiting strategies and implement tactics that result in talent pipelines aligned with current and future needs of the organization.
This is a full-cycle recruiting role that extends to a broad array of collaboration and learning opportunities. In this role, you will own the entire candidate lifecyle from launch meeting to onboarding, and beyond. We make every effort to create a white glove experience for candidates, hiring leaders, and other internal stakeholders.
