Pay Range Base pay range: $35,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr Hourly pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour Summary We are looking to add Full Time Maintenance Technicians to our Quicklane Facility at New Brighton Ford. No experience is necessary. We will train the right candidate that has a willingness to learn! Our ideal candidate would like to work on cars or want to learn how to work on cars, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and has great attention to detail skills. Qualifications Previous experience preferred but will train the right candidate High school diploma or equivalent Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination Mechanical and troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service skills Basic computer competencies Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Engineering and Information Technology Motor Vehicle Manufacturing We are an equal opportunity employer.
