In fact, we are one of very few companies in the Canada that offers construction, renovation and maintenance to keep self storage facilities operating.
Currently, the company manages renovation and maintenance over hundred properties throughout Canada, and we are looking for a Fire Alarm Technician to join our team!

As one of the first companies to offer the services of a fully in-house construction company, APD is able to control up to 50% of storage construction costs by providing a fully Licenced HVAC and Electrical division along with in-house Locker Installations and Project Management Services.
