Access Property Development is a national Construction Management Company that is specialized solely in building storage due to the great need for a specialist in the growing self storage. In fact, we are one of very few companies in the Canada that offers construction, renovation and maintenance to keep self storage facilities operating.

Currently, the company manages renovation and maintenance over hundred properties throughout Canada, and we are looking for a Fire Alarm Technician to join our team!

Job Description:

  • Familiar with fire alarm system and components
  • Reads, understand and executes drawings, schematics, blueprints, and electrical code specifications
  • Inspect and troubleshoots electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers
  • Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices

Required Skills and Experience:

  • CFAA certification
  • Valid and clean drivers license
  • Troubleshooting skills
