Job Summary:

Provides skilled services on all shifts in the installation maintenance and repair of electrical systems equipment fixtures and related equipment under general supervision. Also responsible for HVAC plumbing carpentry and painting involved in maintenance minor construction and remodeling projects. Performs routine equipment room checks and conducts routine preventive maintenance functions. Handles work requests and responds to emergencies on various electrical and mechanical support systems. Receives general direction from electrical mechanical and carpentry supervisors as appropriate.

Job Duties:
