Construction Superintendent - Commercial Projects ($5M+)

Milwaukee Area | Full-Time | On-Site

Industry: Commercial Construction | Ground-Up & Renovation | $5M-$50M

About the Role

A highly respected Commercial GC with a strong local reputation and steady project backlog is seeking a Superintendent to lead $5M+ commercial projects. You’ll oversee field operations, safety, and quality from start to finish - ensuring each job is delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all field activity from mobilization through closeout
  
  
• Manage schedules, budgets, QA/QC, and safety compliance
  
  
• Lead subcontractors, inspections, and daily coordination
  
  
• Maintain 3-week look-aheads and remove roadblocks
  
  
• Enforce company and OSHA standards, driving zero-incident culture
  
  
• Run daily huddles and weekly OAC meetings
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5+ yrs as a Superintendent on commercial projects ($5M+)
  
  
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  
  
• Strong knowledge of construction means/methods & sequencing
  
  
• Proficient in Procore , Bluebeam , and MS Project
  
  
• Degree in Construction Management preferred (or equivalent experience)
