Position Highlights:

What you will do:

• Oversee daily operations in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to schedule deliveries and manage inventory levels.
• Utilize inventory management software to track and monitor stock levels, ensuring accuracy and availability of products.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and streamline operations.
• Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of USA residency history.
• Ability to pass a background check and soft credit check.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
