Job Description

• Draft clear and engaging volunteer position descriptions.
• Assist in posting volunteer job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., Indeed, Idealist, LinkedIn)
• Screen volunteer applications and coordinate interview scheduling
• Source and match interested volunteers with appropriate roles.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new volunteers
• Maintain and organize volunteer records and files
• Assist with developing and updating HR-related documents
• Can commit to approximately 3-6 months in the role
• Time commitment varies: approx. 3-6 hours/week
• Location flexible — open to volunteers anywhere in the U.S.
