The Role

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Senior Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for crafting persuasive e-commerce product content that not only informs but also inspires action.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Analyzing big campaign merchandising performance
2. Create strategy plan on how optimizing store merchandising to support on improving client's sales conversions
3. Plan and execute Merchandising strategy to enhance client's shop management performance
4. Translating client's message and brief into merchandising plan
5. Implementing creative request from the client (end to end from requesting, quality checking and getting approval from the brand)
6. Build strong relationships with the client and platform
7. Ensure all account/store KPIs are met

Who we look for the ideal profile:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, or any related fields
2. Ability to think outside the box and create compelling ideas to enhance client's shop management performance
3. Good understanding of merchandising success metrics
4. Good understanding of e-Commerce environment
5. Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
6. Have min. 2 years working experience
7. Have experience in e-commerce is preferable
