is a rapidly growing company currently hiring an Unarmed Security Officer. We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure and we're looking for a strong Security Officer to work in a retail environment. We are a national security service provider licensed in 47 states.

ON THE JOB, SECURITY OFFICER
Stand postup to 8 hours per shiftGreet customers/ employees.Provide excellent customer service.Watch CCTV camera system and notate accurately in a daily activity report.Observe, survey, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.Provide rapid response in critical situations.

TO SUCCEED AT METRO ONE:
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service.High level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertnessAbility to deescalate situations and remain calm in confrontation.Capable of standing for long periods of time and exhibiting physical strength.Astute observation and detailed notetaking/reporting
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED equivalentActive California Guard Card with 8hrs powers to arrest training certificates - REQUIRED.Guard Card 32hrs training certificates - PREFFEREDMinimum 1 year experience in a customer service/ security position Have a solid/stable work history in the past 6 years, no more than 3 jobs, supplemental jobs acceptable.Drug Testing and Background screening required.Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a PLUS.
