Purpose:

Provide expert training on systems, products, and processes to both external partners and internal and external Sales Managers by analyzing company initiatives, developing and creating comprehensive training materials, and delivering engaging training sessions tailored to each client's specific needs and future goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Leverage company initiatives, call center data, client planning sessions, interviews, and manager consultations to identify training needs, while ensuring alignment with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and TSM objectives.
  • Develop and create engaging training materials including manuals, e-learning modules, and customized content, to cater to the unique needs of various distribution channels and client demands, partnering with legal to ensure that materials and content are compliant with company and industry standards.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching, utilizing diverse instructional methods for in-person and virtual formats.
  • Assess the efficacy of training programs while driving continuous improvement and growth in attendance, new agent participation, and NPS scores for agents.
  • Leverage company initiatives, call center data, client planning sessions, interviews, and manager consultations to identify training needs, while ensuring alignment with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and TSM objectives.
  • Analyze company initiatives, call center data, and client planning sessions to design and deliver targeted training programs.
  • Create and facilitate immersive training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching, using various instructional methods to cater to diverse learning styles and preferences, both in-person and virtually.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness through regular feedback mechanisms.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Established track record of designing and delivering effective leadership development programs.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate professionally, effectively, timely, and courteously.
  • Experience with adult learning theory, instructional design, and facilitation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience in training and development.
  • Working knowledge of WebEx, Microsoft Dynamics, Articulate, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration or Actively Pursuing.
  • P&C License.
  • INS Designation/CPCU or other Insurance industry designation.
  • Project Management Certification
