Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer
Americas Service Provider group is seeking a results-oriented and driven pre-sales Solutions Engineer to join Cisco's Bay Area Google production team. This person will help lead a co-development engineering engagement with a large hyper-scale customer in their Cloud environment. This is a highly technical position supporting the sales organization, impacting all technical aspects of pre-sales activities including next-generation hardware and software. The role includes post-sales support, such as presenting, demonstrating, crafting solutions, feature planning, and organization to meet the specific needs of a major client.
You are a creative individual always seeking system improvements. You excel at identifying patterns in processes and offering solutions to advance them. Comfortable with both spreadsheets and discussing customer requirements, you can showcase solutions through proofs of concept. Your goal is to boost customer confidence by demonstrating network architectures that meet objectives. You will work with Cisco's latest hardware architectures and influence software development, supported by experienced pre-sales team members, business unit leaders, and service delivery teams dedicated to customer success.
