Overview Seeking an experienced SIU/Insurance investigator to cover Chicago, IL and its surrounding areas. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Chicago. Responsibilities Take in-person recorded statements Photograph accident scenes Write detailed, comprehensive reports Meet strict due dates on all assignments Conduct multi-lines investigations (personal lines highly desired) Secure written/recorded statements Prioritize and organize multiple tasks Use computer tools including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook Qualifications Minimum of 5 years\' SIU experience Background in handling multi-lines investigations; personal lines highly desired Reliable transportation; own digital recorder and camera Bilingual a plus Honesty, integrity, self-reliance, resourcefulness, independence, discipline, and a calm intensity Employment details The role is a W-2 position; subcontractors will not be considered Full-Time benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401K; extensive performance bonus program Equal Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer.
