Due to our continuous growth at RSS Infrastructure, we are seeking Signalling Team Leaders with SMTH for Signalling (S&T) Maintenance in Hereford and Llandudno. This is a great opportunity for those looking for long-term work with stability. Duties: Lead and oversee maintenance work on signalling equipment in accordance with Network Rail standards and schedules. Perform fault-finding and problem resolution. Ensure compliance with safety standards and investigate system failures. Mentor and support the signalling team. Report issues arising during maintenance, installation, and renewals. Requirements: Previous experience as a Signalling Team Leader with SMTH. Must hold a minimum SMTH core qualification, including points, cables, diversion of circuits, aspect testing, and G110 testing. Car driver with the ability to travel and work away from home if necessary. Ability to work nights and weekends when required. Additional Competencies and Experience Required: DC, EBI, Quick Release Track Circuits RCPL, Mechanical and HW Points Mechanical, LED, and Filament Signals and ancillaries
