About the Role
The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Food Safety & Quality Assurance. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and execution of a global FSQA strategy, ensuring all food safety and quality practices not only meet regulatory standards but also align with our commitment to providing safe, chef-crafted meals.
You will lead a distributed FSQA team, shaping and evolving team structures, while also acting as a trusted partner to embed quality and safety across the organization. We are searching for a candidate with 15-20 years of FSQA experience who has demonstrated success in fast-paced, complex settings and possesses deep knowledge of U.S. food safety regulations.
Your key responsibilities will include providing strategic leadership, designing organizational frameworks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be a change agent ready to navigate ambiguity and drive growth, playing a critical role in the digital transformation of FSQA here.
Responsibilities also encompass owning the regulatory compliance strategy, leading comprehensive risk assessments, and creating robust crisis management systems. This role calls for a strategic, systems-oriented thinker, dedicated to execution and risk mitigation, with the ability to influence various stakeholders throughout the organization. A high level of integrity and unwavering commitment to food safety, product quality, and customer trust are paramount.
