Responsibilities

• Manage hotel reservations handling inquiries making bookings and confirming room availability.
  
• Interact with guests via phone email and inperson addressing reservation inquiries changes and cancellations.
  
• Assist guests during checkin and checkout ensuring a seamless process and attending to special requests or concerns.
  
• Collect payment information process reservations and issue invoices or receipts as necessary.
