Your Role:

• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide effective solutions to customer inquiries.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 1 year in a customer service role.
• Reliable attendance with no absences in the first 90 days.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
• Access to a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download.
• A secure and private work area at home.
• Flexible availability, including potential weekend shifts.
