Position Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual Recruiter to support the hiring process, source talent, and drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively answer phone calls and determine how calls should be routed
- Good understanding of departments hiring needs and job specifications
- Screen resumes and assist the job candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintaining database of candidate records
- Maintaining the strictest level of confidentiality with organizational information
- Perform other duties or assigned tasks based on departmental needs.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year of recruiting experience (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Earn $47,000 - $65,000 (Depending on experience)
- 10 PTO days + 10 paid holidays
- Comprehensive benefits including: health, dental, vision and life insurance.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 8-5 p.m + 2 Saturday's a month
