Taylor Shellfish Oyster Bars is seeking a General Manager for our Queen Anne location.
Taylor Shellfish Farms, America’s largest shellfish farming company since 1890, grows oysters, clams, mussels, and geoducks, focusing on premium live half-shell oysters. We operate wholesale distribution and three oyster bars in Seattle, exemplifying our Tide to Table philosophy and setting standards in oyster shucking presentation.
Candidates should have over 3 years of strong FOH/BOH leadership experience. Key qualities include:
