• Psychiatrist with interest in APN supervision at 300/APN

We are a clinician-led, patient-centered, collaborative behavioral health company of mental health professionals committed to improving access to high-quality mental health care! Each clinician is dedicated to evidence-based care and a conservative controlled substance prescribing style. Our objective is to make our services more available to those in need of high-quality mental health care. We aim to serve not only those in rural areas but also all regions for those who prefer the privacy, security, and convenience of telehealth consultations.

• Enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference!
• Up to $240/hour for clinical medication management, reimbursement organized per code, with options for 30-minute or 20-minute follow-up appointments.
• Option to supervise clinician-selected, evidence-based Nurse Practitioners at $300/APN/month.
• We are growing with teams composed of multiple therapists and prescribers.
• Regular virtual staffing meetings (at least monthly) to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Work from home with flexible days and hours; team meetings are virtual.
• Compensation based on patient and code billed; full-time clinicians receive medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance benefits.
• Seeking someone eager to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between Psychiatric and therapist providers.

• Must have a valid, unrestricted medical license.
• Positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong patient relation skills.
• Significant psychiatric experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary Range: $130$240 USD hourly
