ResponsibilitiesManage active roofing, siding, and gutter projects from start to finishOrder, schedule and coordinate subcontractor crews and materialsMaintain regular communication with clients before and during productionPerform on-site quality assurance checks on materials and workmanshipTrack and document jobsite progress with photos and notesResolve issues, delays, or scope changes in the fieldConduct final walkthroughs and closeout of each jobOccasional evening/weekend availability required (mostly during busy seasons)What Were Looking ForClear and confident communicator (with both homeowners and subcontractors)Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple jobsBasic tech comfort (email, text, job documentation, photo apps, CRM)Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not requiredValid drivers license and clean driving recordPhysical RequirementsAble to lift and carry up to 80 lbsComfortable walking job sites, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in all conditionsThis is not a labor role but you must be physically capable of active, on-site workCompensation + BenefitsSalary: $50,000$75,000 depending on experienceBonus potential based on performanceCompany vehicle provided for work-related travelCompany phone and branded gear providedPaid sick leaveLong-term growth potential as the company expands
