Automation and Manufacturing Digital Transformation Jr Manager - Tepeji Plant
Managerial full-time position.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Location: Tepeji.
Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours
Profile: Recently graduated with 1-3 years of experience from Computer Science, IT, Engineering (all disciplines)
Description:
Owns site IT Master Plan and ensures integration with all other major site activities - avoid conflicts with initiatives, local projects, audits, etc.Responsible for delivery of sector digital priorities at the site level.Ensure digital organization staffing for success in the site.Prioritize local innovation, optimization opportunities and leverage the sector innovation teams to deliver. Member of the sector digitization team.Approval of site IT budget.Own developing the site digital capability
As Automation and Manufacturing Digital Transformation Jr Manager - Tepeji Plant you will:
+ Bring together the site digital organization (key users, cyber security, Start-up leaders. Cluster IT leaders, Site E2E IT Ops leader)
+ Work resources needs with leadership
+ Facilitate connecting the appropriate site resources with GBS project managers to work project detail and execution
+ Drive reapplication across the site, remove barriers, and facilitate issue resolution where required
+ Represent site in Sector IT master plan efforts
+ Accountable for the PS Sector Digitization Leader
Job Qualifications
+ Live near Tepeji or willing to work at Tepeji Plant.
+ Recently graduated with 1-3 years of experience from Computer Science, IT, Engineering (all disciplines)
+ Python programming, Power BI and Dax, basic to mid level (Mandatory).
+ Power platforms, Data management, Data Bricks, Data modeling, Project management, SQL, basic level (desirable).
+ Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
+ Business background/interest and technical/analytical skills.
+ You love to use data analytics to identify new insights and business opportunities for us and the customer.
+ Team orientation, "can-do "attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results
+ Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others
+ Strong leadership, innovation and interpersonal collaboration skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (power BI is a must)
