What you’ll do

• Build and maintain financial models and market analyses
• Support diligence processes and transaction execution from sourcing to close
• Partner with portfolio management teams on strategy, operations, and growth initiatives
• Contribute to deal sourcing and market mapping efforts

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of investment banking experience (M&A preferred) or equivalent background
• Strong technical skills and proven transaction experience
• A self-starter with the maturity to handle responsibility in lean teams
