Raytheon is seeking a highly experienced and motivated In-Circuit Test (ICT) Engineer to join our team at our Andover, MA facility. As an ICT Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies to ensure the highest quality of our products. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

  • Develop, implement, and maintain in-circuit test programs for complex circuit card assemblies

  • Conduct component-level troubleshooting of Circuit Card Assemblies

  • Conduct troubleshooting of In-Circuit Test equipment as needed

  • Provide training and mentorship to peers and test operators

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality to resolve issues and improve test processes

  • Support new product introductions by developing test plans and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 8 years of relevant experience. 

  • Experience with In-Circuit Testing (ICT) or CCA manufacturing

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Electrical or Electronics Engineering Degree

  • Experience with Takaya Flying Probe and/ or Bed of Nails Test Systems.

  • Strong knowledge of PCB Designs and circuit theory.

  • Proficiency in test program development and debugging.

  • Experience with CAD Import tools such as Valor Process Prep and Test Expert.

  • Experience with various Software languages and platforms such as C++, Python, MATLAB.

  • Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
