You will work alongside a dedicated Board and cohesive leadership team to execute on a strategic plan built around four key pillars: employee engagement, member experience, membership growth, and financial strength.
You will be responsible for building on our vision, strengthening organizational structure, and leading a high-performing team with curiosity, compassion, and confidence. Serving as the credit union's ambassador in the community, you will represent CHROME's role as a place where members and employees thrive, connecting meaningfully with those we serve and our partners.
Your success will be measured by maintaining our solid net worth; ensuring continued success with our CAMEL rating; growing loans, deposits, and membership; and continuously generating ROA that is strong enough to support our growth. With a current net worth of over 14% and ROA that outperforms its peers, financial performance is strong, and the credit union is positioned to pursue our ambitious membership growth goals. You will lead a group of highly engaged team members who thrive on delivering financial well-being and exceptional service to members every day.
Help Us Get to Know You Ideal candidates will bring 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services, preferably with expertise in credit unions, and demonstrate strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to developing people. Experience working closely with a Board of Directors, coupled with a deep appreciation for the credit union difference, will set you apart. A degree in Business, Finance, Organizational Leadership, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
