About You We're looking for a curious, data-loving PPC & CRM Analyst to join our e-commerce team at Toys for Trucks. This role is perfect for someone hungry to learn, grow, and make a measurable impact. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Support the planning, execution, and optimization of PPC campaigns (Amazon Ads, Google Ads) Monitor daily spend, keyword performance, ACoS, and campaign structure across brands Build Excel/Google Sheets dashboards for tracking and reporting campaign metrics & KPI's Collaborate with 3rd-party partners and internal teams to analyze trends and make data-backed decisions Assist with CRM platform data: segment audiences, export/import lists, and track campaign response Conduct keyword and competitor research to support launches and seasonal strategies Prepare weekly performance summaries with actionable insights Daily Life Imagine your day: You'll support paid ad strategy across Amazon and Google while also contributing to CRM management-building audience lists, tracking customer behavior, and helping us create smarter campaigns. If you're strong in spreadsheets, comfortable digging into data, and excited to grow into a key player in digital marketing-this could be your path.
