The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in managing pay-per-click campaigns, preferably in the legal industry. As a Paid Search Manager (PPC), you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across various platforms (primarily Google Ads, but will expand from there) to increase our personal injury law firm's online visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions. Develop and implement paid search strategies that align with our business goals and objectives Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI Work with in-house marketing team to create compelling ad copy and test different variations to improve click-through rates and conversion rates Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, leads, cases etc.) and adjust bids and budgets accordingly Conduct A/B testing to improve landing page performance and UX Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present them to senior management Stay up-to-date with the latest paid search trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement Optimize Google Business Platforms and Google Local Service ad accounts Use remarketing and lookalike audiences to re-engage users Collaborate with our Automations Team to ensure continuity of reporting and tracking through systems Description Isaacs & Isaacs is seeking a skilled Paid Search Manager (PPC) to join our marketing team. The Paid Search Manager (PPC) will be expected to work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders. The successful candidate must be prepared for accountability and be able to verify and explain their processes to their immediate supervisors.
