Job Description
• We are seeking salespeople driven to make a six-figure income in your first full year as a licensed agent! No industry experience in real estate is preferred. • We guarantee you will EARN AT LEAST $100,000 OR WE WILL PAY YOU THE DIFFERENCE!• The average income of our agents across North America is $250,000+. Responsibilities:
• Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
• Uncover the priorities of the buyers and then locate homes that match their needs and wants, and show them the homes.
• Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant-leader approach.
Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences through service.
