Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Location: Greensboro, NC

Schedule: Full-time or part-time (consistent schedule required)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a high-tech specialty practice and teaching center in Greensboro. This role allows for full-scope surgical care in a private-practice environment while mentoring students during real patient cases.

All specialties are available under one roof, supported by a large and well-established referral base spanning both private practice and the university network.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive oral surgery including extractions, bone grafting, implant placement, and pathology
• Mentor students and guide them through live surgical procedures
• Collaborate with restorative and prosthodontic colleagues on advanced treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with sedation, surgical, and patient safety standards

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD and completion of accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• North Carolina dental license and sedation permit or eligibility
• Board certification or eligibility (AAOMS)
• Strong leadership and teaching experience preferred
