Night Shift Customer Service Associate

Schedules can start as early as 4:00 PM, with a variety of shift lengths to accommodate full-time or part-time preferences. Closing times can range anywhere from midnight to as late as 4 AM, depending on the location.

The ideal Customer Service Associate will be able to:

• Warmly greet and engage with guests
• Accurately take guest orders and process payments

• Ensure cleanliness by completing tasks such as wiping down tables and mopping floors

The successful Kitchen Service Associate will be able to:

• Answer questions regarding menu items and promotions
• Prepare ingredients and menu items
• Restock products and maintain workstations
• Utilize food preparation equipment, including ovens and fryers
• Keep a tidy workspace by regularly cleaning and organizing

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older; no prior experience necessary
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance
• Maintain a positive demeanor while interacting with coworkers and guests
