Network Support Analyst

6+ month contract - contract to perm potential

Hybrid - Remote 3 days (Onsite Wed and 1 other day of choice)

This is a network operations team that supports over 4k hotels. Manage Tier 4 tickets escalated to them from the support desk. Mainly looking for an analyst with at least 3-5 years of experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• CCNA preferred but not required.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience working in a technical role with a focus on networking
• Proficiency in routing, switching and subnetting
• Switching experience using Aruba, Meraki and Fortinet.
• Firewall experience using Fortigate
• Must be Team oriented while having the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills needed for interacting with various customers (GM’s, vendors, internal teams, project stakeholders, etc.)
• Project management skills desired
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Critical thinking, decision making and problem solving
• Result oriented: Ability to achieve the target within a given time
• Will be required to assist in planning, designing, analyzing, evaluating and supporting LAN network solutions
