Position Details:

• Overview: Do you enjoy getting a glimpse of the medical back office? The medical scribe is an excellent opportunity in a medical environment for anyone seeking clinical hours in order to attend grad school with a focus on medicine.
• Job Title: Scribe
• Locations: Seattle Northgate and Edmonds
• Typical Schedule: 4 days a week, hours may vary between 7:00 am-5:30 pm
• Wage Range: $21.00 – $24.00 hourly ( Pay is dependent upon a combination of multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, transferable skills, business needs, and geographic market availability)

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma, GED; and 1-3 months related healthcare experience or trade school equivalent
• Our medical scribes must be comfortable in a fast paced environment, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Some duties include reviewing medical documentation for accuracy, use EMA EMR to accurately and thoroughly document all pertinent elements of a patient exam, and other duties as assigned.
• Our medical scribes must have the ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm, possess a high level of computer literacy, be highly organized, and very detail oriented. See our mission below!
• Our employees must have COVID vaccine or an acceptable exemption
