\n\t\t\t\t\tThe Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for maintaining Retail loan accounts within the Loan Servicing team. This role supports operational workflows, ensures compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies, and manages documentation and reporting tasks. The specialist will handle maintenance requests, update records and systems, and respond to inquiries in alignment with service standards. This will be a high paced work environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProcess maintenance requests for loan accounts (no payment processing involved)\nGenerate and review reports to ensure data accuracy\nUpdate department systems and records based on inquiries and requests\nPerform operational tasks such as opening mail and managing account updates\nHandle documentation related to daily servicing activities\nEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies

\n\t\t\t\t\tMust live within a commutable distance to the Raleigh, NC office\nSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary based on business needs)\nPrior experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services preferred\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently\nStrong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records\nComfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment\nFamiliarity with loan servicing systems and Microsoft Office tools\n\nNot open to candidates who are currently in a full time role

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
