What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Implement employer products to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Legal team
• Partner with product teams to conduct beta tests and provide feedback on new features
• Serve as a liaison between legal subject matter experts and product development teams
• Develop strategies to communicate the benefits of the employer's solutions to marketing and field teams
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation within the Legal department

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal operations experience, focusing on technology implementation and process improvement
• Experience with legal technologies supporting agreement processes, such as contract lifecycle management
• Familiarity with generative AI and machine learning tools in legal operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
