Experience: Prior concierge or leasing experience; Previous customer service experience

Type: Full-Time

Pay: $20/hr

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Comply with the spirit and letter of Equal Opportunity Housing and Fair Housing law
• Comply with Standard Operating Procedures
• Provide excellent customer service, providing assistance to customers & guests on a wide variety of requests and issues
• Sell company products and services
• Conduct post-close administrative processes
• Conduct tours, presenting the facility in a positive, truthful light and answering prospect questions
• Develop and implement simple marketing & awareness activity plans to drive traffic
• Plan events
• Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services
• Follow up with new customers as appropriate to ensure satisfaction
• Inspect products to ensure quality according to quality assurance guide
