As a Full-Time Lead Mover Driver at Schroeder Moving Systems, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient moving experience for our customers. This full-touch position requires you to drive our moving and delivery vehicles safely from the warehouse to job sites, where you'll take on the responsibility of crew leader and mover. You'll engage directly with customers, overseeing the packing, loading, and unloading of their household goods while ensuring their needs are professionally met.

To excel as a Full-Time Lead Mover Driver at Schroeder Moving Systems, candidates must possess strong communication skills, enabling them to interact effectively with both co-workers and customers in English. Listening skills are essential for taking instructions that enhance customer service. Successful individuals will demonstrate reasoning skills, allowing them to tackle everyday problems and understand a range of instructions delivered in written, oral, and diagram forms. Physical demands include the ability to regularly lift and move objects weighing 10-50 lbs., with occasional lifting of items over 100 lbs.
Candidates should be prepared to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and balance in varying temperatures throughout the seasons. A good work ethic, a positive mindset, and adherence to company policies are critical to thriving in this role. A high school diploma or GED is required, and applicants must be at least 21 years old.
