This full-time role is integral to our operations, as it involves coordinating intricate landscaping and hardscaping details with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscaping and hardscaping crews
• Ensure all tasks are performed to industry and company standards
• Communicate plans and production goals to crew members and clients
• Adhere to all safety and maintenance procedures
• Track and record all expenses and crew hours worked
• Prepare and oversee job sites from start to finish
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Complete all necessary paperwork and information related to the job
• Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience managing landscaping projects and/or teams
• Knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape and landscape applications
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Proficiency in operating standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Valid driver's license (Preferred) 
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Regular, dependable attendance
• Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
• ICPI certification (preferred)
• NCMA certification (preferred)
