Location: Maryland/ Delaware - This is a field technician role within these areas: Millsboro, Long Neck, Seaford, Laurel, Bethany Beach Fenwick Island, Rehoboth Beach, Dover, or based on business needs.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Maryland/ Delaware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment. 

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance. 

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures and ensure compliance with safety standards. 

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements. 

• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently and effectively. 

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. 

• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide high-quality service. 

Qualifications:  

• High school diploma or equivalent technical school or apprenticeship program preferred. 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair. 

• EPA certification for handling refrigerants. 

• Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including electrical and mechanical components. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Strong communication and customer service skills. 

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 

Physical Requirements:  

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools. 

• Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and outdoor settings. 

• Ability to work on ladders and at heights.
