Job Details We are looking for an IVF Registered Nurse to join our internationally renowned Fertility Clinic.
As an IVF Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assisting Patients, Donors, and gestational carriers throughout the third-party reproduction process.
You will work closely with patients, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless and compassionate experience for our patients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Educate patients on treatment protocols, medications, diagnostic procedures, and early pregnancy.
- Educate patients for signs and symptoms of complications to procedures and medication.
- Coordinates the completion of any necessary infertility diagnostic testing and creates a treatment calendar to assist patient in following the prescribed protocol.
- Clearly document plan of care with attention to detail using an EMR system.
- Assist with in-office procedures, administer medications, and perform physicals and screenings.
- The applicant must be a team player. They must be able to work effectively and communicate amongst all members of the health care team to provide continuity of care.
- Provide a patient care experience that exceeds their expectation by actively listening to the patient and taking on the role of providing exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
- Active Unencumbered Registered Nursing License in the state of Connecticut (or willing to obtain)
- Experience within OBGYN, IVF/Fertility, or Women's Health preferred
