Job Title: International Logistics Coordinator

Location: Breinigsville, PA

Duration: 12+ months contract to hire

Pay Rate: $22/hr on w2

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Job Details:

• Maintain and develop commercial invoice templates tailored to specific orders.
• Track proforma invoices and license applications to ensure timely processing and completion.
• Ensure all relevant order-related paperwork is systematically organized according to regulatory and study requirements.
• Stay informed about the latest Export Regulations and proactively suggest improvements to internal practices.
• Possess a foundational understanding of regulatory document reviews.
• Proactively address and resolve internal and external client inquiries and challenges.
• Ensure full compliance with International and U.S. export laws and regulations.
• Engage in client interactions with moderate exposure, including participation in client meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve logistical issues.
• Work cohesively with cross-functional support teams including Client Services, Distribution, and Quality Assurance.
