About the Role

We're hiring a results-obsessed Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead, execute, and scale our influencer growth strategy. You’ll report to our Head of Marketing and work closely with our CEO, Ben, who’s deeply involved in community and creator strategy. This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, and leadership — giving you strategic ownership of a high-impact function and direct visibility with executive leadership. You’ll collaborate daily with the sales and marketing team to build and scale an engine of trusted voices that drive awareness, influence, and revenue.

As our B2B Influencer Marketing Manager, you will own, architect, and scale FullEnrich’s influencer and ambassador strategy. You will identify and partner with nano, micro, and strategic influencers who shape the sales, RevOps, growth, and marketing conversations. You’ll design creative campaigns, activate our presence across key communities, and manage high-impact online and offline initiatives to position FullEnrich as the go-to brand for top commercial minds.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard 200+ B2B influencers who align with our mission, voice, and values.
  • Segment and manage influencer tiers — from nano and micro to ambassadors, strategic partners, and thought leaders.
  • Launch and scale multi-channel influencer campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X), TikTok, events, and learning platforms.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with creators and guide them in producing authentic, high-impact content.
  • Track and report on influencer-driven growth, ensuring visibility into what moves the needle for brand and revenue.
  • Lead both online and offline activations, including webinars, community meetups, roundtables, and co-branded events.
  • Grow FullEnrich’s footprint in key Slack groups, Discords, WhatsApp chats, and RevOps/GTM niche communities discovering new influencers in those communities.
  • Systematize what works — build playbooks, templates, and workflows, and recruit the right people to scale success.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: 3–5+ years successfully building and managing influencer, creator, or community programs in a B2B SaaS or GTM-focused environment

  • Audience Fluency: You understand the mindset of Sales, RevOps, Growth, and Marketing professionals — how they think, where they hang out, and what they care about.

  • Contextual Storyteller & Content Instincts: You adapt tone and message to fit creators and platforms without losing impact — you know what performs, when to follow trends, and when to lead with originality.

  • Talent Scout: You have an eye for emerging voices and know how to turn them into long-term collaborators.

  • Platform Presence: You’re active on LinkedIn or other relevant channels — ideally already visible and respected by your peers.

  • Trusted Network (a big plus): You’re well-connected in the GTM space, with warm intros and meaningful relationships you can activate.

  • Traits & MindsetClear Communicator: You write and speak with intention, tailoring your message across stakeholders, channels, and formats.

  • Location: Based in San Francisco. We value collaboration and believe in the power of in-person interaction, so while we offer some flexibility, we expect this role to be primarily based in our SF office .

Your First 6 Months at FullEnrich

  • Within 1 month: You’ve mapped out our existing presence across social channels and communities, identified key influencers, and launched your first outreach and content collaboration experiments.

  • Within 3 months: You’ve onboarded your first cohort of creators, launched multi-channel activations (LinkedIn, events, Webinars, Slack groups, etc.), and started tracking performance with clear KPIs tied to brand visibility, traffic, and pipeline.

  • Within 6 months: You’ve scaled top-performing initiatives, built a predictable influencer engine, and created internal systems and rituals (events, cross content creation, webinars, UGC programs, dashboards) that make influence a strategic growth lever for FullEnrich.
