Responsibilities Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and managing volunteers. Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks. Facilitate smooth onboarding of new volunteers, ensuring compliance with documentation and orientation processes. Update volunteer records with new hire information and/or changes in volunteer status. Forecast volunteer needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly. Support volunteer engagement initiatives. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Human Resources Specialist or Human Resources Generalist. Experience with full-cycle recruiting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities. Team management skills. Relevant qualifications in the Human Resources field.
