Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Our client, a top insurance firm, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support a lean, collaborative HR team in their New York City headquarters. This role will provide broad exposure across HR operations, onboarding, learning & development, employee engagement, and student programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, service-minded, and excited to grow within HR long term.

Qualifications


  • 1+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR administration, required.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, required.
  • Customer-service mindset with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels, required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.


The base compensation for this role is $70k-$80k.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
