About the Role Help Nuvia strengthen its foundation by supporting HR processes and volunteer coordination. You’ll assist in creating HR policies, organizing documentation, and helping onboard new volunteers and staff. Responsibilities Draft and update HR and volunteer policies (remote work, confidentiality, etc.) Support recruitment efforts and help manage applications. Maintain volunteer databases and documents. Assist with onboarding and internal communications. Ideal Skills Background or coursework in HR, administration, or nonprofit management. Organized, discreet, and people-centered.
