Position: Hospice Attending PhysicianFull Time Employed/Salaried: the successful candidate will have previous experience in hospice, palliative care, and treatment of complex patients. The physician will be the attending physician for approximately 160 hospice patient and 160 palliative patients. The physician will do a combination of in person f2f visits and virtual visits. The physician will work with the hospice and palliative teams who may have clinical questions for the physician. The candidate will need to be flexible in their daily schedule which in Monday to Friday 8a-5p. Sharing call with other providers is expected
