Title: Graphic Design/Marketing Specialist

Position Type: Part-Time (Temp-to-Hire) could become full-time permenant

Work Schedule: Est. 10 hours a week to start, could grow to more

Location: On-Site in Woodcliff Lake, NJ

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour depending on experience

Overview: Marketing firm seeks part-time Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis. This could grow into a full-time role for the right person. For now there is just a backlog of design/marketing related projects that need tackling, and they are looking for an experienced designer/marketer to jump right in and help.

Responsibilities:

• Design: Tackle ad hoc creative projects such as brochure design, social media post design, and other eye-catching branded materials
• Content marketing: Develop and manage engaging content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, website copy, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Social media management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Analytics and reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to management
• Brand management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, media team, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
• Vendor management: Manage relationships with external vendors, such as our design and PR agencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or marketing, with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Adobe, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
