ABOUT BRONCO LUBE LLC We are a local, family-owned Jiffy Lube franchisee committed to serving the Pee Dee and Upstate regions of South Carolina since 2002. We operate 5 locations in the Pee Dee (Florence and Lake City) and 10 locations in the Upstate (Greenville, Anderson, Clemson, Mauldin, Easley, Greer, and Moore). We are the only three-time Franchisee of the Year award winner within the Jiffy Lube nationwide network. Bronco Lube LLC is seeking to hire General Managers to continue our legacy as the RIGHT option for automotive maintenance and repair in SC since 2002.
Type of Work Performed: - Manage the daily operation of the service center and all personnel.
- Responsible for store compliance with all policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and JTSS documentation.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Manage inventory.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained.
- Ensure all employees are properly trained per JTSS guidelines; provide leadership in developing skill levels.
- Uphold store image standards.
- Other duties as requested or assigned.

- Strong team builder with the ability to work well with others.
- Desire to coach and invest in your team!
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with customer sales.
- Must have good time management and organizational skills. (Multi-tasking is a must in our business.)
- Will need to be able to work a Windows 10 computer system.
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors, spending up to 10 hours per day standing/moving around the facility.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License
