To Apply for this Job Click Here Job Overview Join our team as a Fraud and Risk Analyst II to develop and implement innovative AI and machine learning tools aimed at improving and automating business processes. This role also involves developing tools for enhancing data quality. You will work with large datasets and advanced models to prototype and deliver high-impact solutions. This is a hybrid role based in San Diego, with in-office presence required. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with analytics, engineering, and business leaders to identify and address fraud risk.
• Develop automation and analytical tools for fraud detection and prevention.
• Build dashboards and tracking mechanisms using Databricks and BI tools.
• Maintain thorough documentation and present findings clearly to all levels of the organization.
• Develop data quality improvement tools to enhance data integrity and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be addressed with ML solutions.
• Perform rapid prototyping and iterative model development.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly through verbal and written communication.

• Proficient in SQL and Python (including pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn)
• Experience with Databricks and BI tools (Quicksight, Tableau, etc.)
• Effective communicator who can tie data to business outcomes
• Organized, empathetic, and accountable team player
• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI)
• Deep understanding of machine learning and algorithms
• Experience with Databricks for large-scale data processing and ML workflows
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with rapid prototyping

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or operations research
• Prior experience in Financial Services or FinTech strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative or analytical field
• 3+ years of experience working in data science or machine learning roles
• Proven track record of delivering ML solutions in a business environment
