Job Description

Nesco Resource is looking to hire Forklift Operators in the Lakeland, FL area for a 2nd shift (9-12 hours, 2:45pm to 11:45 pm). The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience operating Sit-Sown Forklift and stand-up, propane and electric forklifts, RF Scanner experience, and possess computer skills. Job Functions:

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift
• Load and unload trucks and stock, and move materials from one location to another
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that each load is delivered to the correct destination
• Stack and move pallets of goods, and stack empty pallets to maximize space in the warehouse
• Inspect machinery regularly to ensure it is in good condition and meets safety compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Prior sit-down forklift experience REQUIRED
• Ability to use an RF Scanner is required
• Must have steel-toe boots above the ankle
• Safety oriented
• Basic computer knowledge

***Must be available to work 9-12-hr shifts from 2:45 pm to 11:45 am on rotating days including weekends. Payrate $19.00 an hour
