We are seeking a dedicated\nFamily or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care to patients\nof all ages (or adults) in Groveton, NH, a welcoming and close-knit rural\ncommunity. Position Highlights:

• Competitive base\ncompensation with potential wRVU productivity and quality bonuses ($250,000 –\n$300,000 USD)

• 5 weeks vacation and 5 days\nsick time
• 1 week CME time plus $4,000\nCME funds

• Daily patient load: 16–22\npatients per day
• Clinical schedule: 36\npatient hours with 4 hours of administrative time
• May participate in daytime\ncall rotation (no after-hours call)

Requirements:

• Board certified (or\neligible) in Family or Internal Medicine, per Medical Staff Bylaws.
• ACLS and BLS certification\nfrom the American Heart Association required.
• Successful completion of an\napproved residency through ACGME, AOA, or Royal College of Physicians and\nSurgeons of Canada.
• Ability and comfort managing\nan independent patient panel with autonomous practice.
• Strong communication and\ninterpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and\ncolleagues.
