Key\nResponsibilities: Provide\nhigh-quality family medicine care to patients in an outpatient setting. Perform\nclinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic and acute\nhealth conditions. Maintain thorough and accurate medical records in\ncompliance with policies. Collaborate with other healthcare\nprofessionals to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:

• Graduate\nof an accredited medical school program.

• \n\nCompletion\nof an accredited United States Family or Internal Medicine Residency program.

• \n\nBoard\nCertified in Family or Internal Medicine.

• \n\nValid\nArizona medical license.

• \n\nValid\nDEA certificate.

• \n\nCurrent\nBLS certification.

• \n\nMinimum\nof three years' experience in community health.

• \n\nBilingual\n(English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

• \n\nCompetency\nin dealing with people of various cultures and social statuses.

• \n\nDemonstrated\nunderstanding of clinical methods and techniques.

• \n\nBasic\ncomputer efficiency.

• \n\nExcellent\ninterpersonal skills and ability to effectively engage with clients,\nassociates, and the public.

• \n\nBasic\nproficiency in business English, spelling, and punctuation.

• \n\nValid\nArizona driver’s license.
